AI Solutions Express Corp ("AI Solutions Express", "we", "us") builds and runs AI services for businesses ("our clients"), including AI phone answering, text messaging, website assistants, workflow automation and custom AI tools ("our services"). This policy explains what information we handle when you call, text or message a business that uses our services, when you use our website, or when you contact us directly, and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect

Phone number and call details, such as the time and length of the call.
What you say or write, including call recordings and transcripts, text messages, and messages to a website assistant.
Details you choose to share, such as your name, the reason for your call, appointment preferences, or photos you send by text.
Information our clients provide to set up and run their services, such as their business hours, services, calendars, and the names, phone numbers and email addresses of their staff.
Messages you send us by email.

How we use it

To answer calls and messages on behalf of the business you contacted, answer your questions and pass your message to that business.
To book, change or cancel appointments you ask for.
To send text messages you ask for or agree to, such as appointment confirmations, reminders and replies to your questions.
To give the business a summary and record of your conversation.
To run the tools and automations our clients set up, such as updating their calendar, CRM or records.
To keep our services working correctly and securely, and to meet legal obligations.

Text messages

We send text messages on behalf of our clients only to people who agree to receive them, for example by asking for a text during a call or by texting the business first. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

With the business you contacted, so they can follow up with you.
With service providers that help us run our services, such as telephone, speech recognition, voice, AI, automation and secure storage providers. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, callers or us.

We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep call recordings, transcripts and messages only as long as the business you contacted needs them for its records, or as long as the law requires, and then delete them.

How we protect it

We encrypt information in transit, limit access to the people and systems that need it, and keep our systems on a private network.

Your choices

To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message.
To ask about, correct or delete information about you, contact the business you called, or email us at contact@aisolutionsexpress.com.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
